Nestled discreetly into a private sunset-facing cove on one of the top beaches in the world, the use of organic materials and woods complement the modern conveniences of this freshly completed family home.

Saving Grace’s features include a double height 23 foot entrance foyer, mahogany staircase, hardwood floors, stone countertops, GE Monogram kitchen appliances, slate tiled bathrooms with Grohe and Duravit fixtures and mahogany doors throughout. With four bedrooms and three bathroom, fully air conditioned, this home has been carefully designed to make maximum use of Provo’s cooling year-round trade winds.

Outdoors you will find a 40-foot long heated pool that is surrounded by Brazilian hardwood decking.  Palm-framed pathways lead you to private sitting nooks and the soft sand of Grace Bay. A fully equipped watersport hut entices adventure off of its protected and private cove.  An outdoor rain shower, fire-pit, lounge and dining areas, state-of-the art BBQ are enhanced by spectacular lighting.

Saving Grace’s four spacious bedrooms are peaceful, private, and furnished with ultra-cozy beds and linens. The upper-level Master suite opens onto a wraparound veranda where you’ll witness daily sunsets. Its en-suite houses a soak tub and seven-point walk-in shower. The four well-appointed guest bedrooms alternate between ocean view and terrace access. Each bedroom features air-conditioning and a television.
